About Our Founder
Daphne June Lau

Rev Daphne June Lau is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God of Singapore. She has been in full-time Christian ministry as a worship pastor for more than 20 years. Prior to being in full time ministry, Rev Daphne was a trained educator with the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Rev Daphne resigned to pursue a Church Music degree at North Central University in USA and graduated with top honors in 2002. While there, she traveled extensively with the school’s concert chorale, and was involved in W.O.V.E.N, the school’s music outreach program to the inner city children. She also served as music director in a church plant (All Nations Christian Assembly) that reached out to international immigrants.


Upon returning from her studies in 2003, Rev Daphne has been in pastoral ministry, actively serving in the areas of Worship and the Creative Arts. She has served as the worship coordinator for the Assemblies of God Worship Department from 2004-2010, leading worship as well as organizing workshops and conferences for the denomination. Over the years, she has not only been active as a worship leader for both local inter-denominational events and international events, but also as a speaker and teacher on the subject of worship.


Rev Daphne is an adjunct professor at Immanuel Bible College, Cebu, teaching the Foundations of Worship Intensive Module. She is also been serving on the pastoral team at Eternal Life Assembly, Singapore as Worship Base Pastor since 2012 and recently took on the portfolio as Missions Pastor.

Rev Daphne is a passionate singer songwriter and has released two albums, “A New Day” (2013) and “Blessed” (2018) as well as the following singles - "Hold My Faith Strong" (2006), "Be Thou My Vision" - :Keep My Eyes Fixed on You" (2016) & “Immanuel has Come" (2020).


She has recently attained her Masters in Worship from The Robert Webber Institute for Worship Studies and is currently pursuing a doctoral program in worship studies from the above mentioned institute.


Rev Daphne’s passion is to see worship renewal take place in the hearts of individuals, churches and nations.
